Took my F150 for ONLY oil change and filter. I had only driven 1033 miles since serviced in January 2026.and didn't need tires rotated this service. When I called in to set up appointment the lady was told that! When the service was completed the bill was $101.18!!! FOR OIL AND FILTER? They charged me the same price as if Ihad tire rotation! Went the dealer today. Told them my problem.i told them the exact problem part. The warranty policy I had. They said the repair should be covered. After charging me $243 to tell it’s not covered.and I’m a retired Ford employee. Not happy.

My recent experience with service went great, Sheila Davis was who I dealt with and she was great, she greeted me at my vehicle explained everything then personally came and got me when it was done, only took an hour then she went and got my vehicle and brought it to me when done. Did not get a survey for her but she gets all 5’s from me.
First got there and stood around while 3 people on phone and 2or three huddled up talking only 2 of us customers in service department waiting on someone to check us in. Left all the plastic coverings and paper mat and papers in window in car. Recall is only reason I brought my vehicle here and not somewhere else

Awesome experience buying the truck. I have never bought a truck online. But Cloninger Ford made the process very easy and the deal was made within 30 minutes. This dealer sells vehicles before they are fixed. There website has them posted for sale, but when you get to the dealership it will have a sticker on it saying not for sale. They let you test drive it before it's road worthy. The one I test drove needed a driver side mirror, the rear seats didn't have head rest so if you wrecked your head would hit the rear window. We haven't received our vehicle yet, even though they've taken our trade-in. The vehicle was apparently damaged in their parking lot before we bought it but were told that only a headlight was broken. Now, three weeks later the vehicle is still not ready. In addition, the finance department made multiple mistakes and miscommunication, causing much frustration. The total process so far has been complicated by poor to non-existent communication within the dealership and with us. I was treated like I have 0 car knowledge just because I brought the vehicle in for an oil change. They wanted me to spend an EXTRA $180.00 for an air filter ($70.00) and cabin filter (80.00) change. Ford air filter is 28.00 and the cabin filter is $35.00. That makes it $63.00 in parts and a whopping $117.00 in labor. I don’t think so. Cloninger must have his employees write all those 5 star reviews because nothing could be further from the truth. Catawba County did you know that this dealership hires illegal immigrants to work for them in place of actual American citizens. That includes the mechanics that have access to your vehicles and everything inside of your vehicles. Think about that the next time you hand over your keys to the service representative. There is a reason you don't actually see the mechanics.
